This course aims to enhance participants' knowledge and competences on Organised Crime Groups (OCGs) cases, and to explore the main transnational investigation techniques as well as developments and initiatives taken at EU level to combat illegal immigration.


05/2016 Pharmaceutical crime

02 May 2016 to 05 May 2016

Participants will be able to demonstrate and exchange good practices in the field of prevention, detection, investigation and repression of pharmaceutical crime, in order to enhance the capacity of European law enforcement agencies to fight against the manufacture, sale and distribution of falsified and counterfeit medical products. The activity will focus on the identification of innovative techniques to tackle online pharma crime, on effective police cooperation methods concerning the investigation of cross-border pharmaceutical crime cases, and on legislative issues.

17/2016 Combatting card fraud

30 May 2016 to 02 June 2016

The aim of this activity is to train participants on how to investigate credit card frauds on Internet. They will also learn how to collect and preserve forensic evidence from online investigation and from physical devices (i.e. skimming devices) containing relevant data related to credit cards.
