The aim of the webinar is to improve LEA capabilities to obtain and use Battlefield Evidence in judicial proceedings, through International Judicial Cooperation.
Upon completion of the activity the participants be able to:
- Highlight the European legal framework regarding the collection and use of Battlefield Evidence;
- Summarize the challenges and difficulties to an effective use of Battlefield Evidence in judicial proceedings by Member States;
- Recognise the importance of the role of Eurojust, in this Judicial cooperation, through successful case studies.
