The aim of this activity is to:

  • enhance the respect of fundamental rights in law enforcement work by increasing awareness about the importance of ethical behaviour in day-to-day police work and enhancing the integration of diversity issues into police management;
  • prepare law enforcement personnel for interactions with persons from different cultures.

The aim of this webinar is to provide information to prospective exchangees, their National Exchange Coordinators and Single Point of Contacts on the 2022 CEPOL Exchange Programme and clarify any questions in relation to the application process.
