The aim of the training activity is to enhance information exchange and to promote cooperation between Single Points of Contact in the Member States.

In the ILP, the learners will receive a training package of mandatory readings.
The main strategy during the CLP aims to assess participant’s knowledge from pre-course material (ILP) by short quiz and incorporate the already existing knowledge. It provides participants further knowledge on cross-border information exchange, procedures and techniques, and helps them exchange good practices and develop problem-solving strategies.
The ELP has been designed for those learners who would like to receive more in-depth knowledge regarding the topic and share it with other colleagues on national and international levels.

Selected participants have to be registered to CEPOL's online Law Enforcement Education platform LEEd where the online activity will take the place.
Experienced law enforcement officers with at least 2 years of experience as Single Point of Contact (SPOC - offices/units responsible for international police cooperation such as SIRENE, Interpol, Europol, and 24/7 front desk) with sound knowledge of the international police information exchange principles, procedures and techniques, including national procedures.
