To improve the effectiveness of the gathering and exchange of information found on social media, which could also enhance the capability to prevent the phenomena of radicalization.

To improve crisis communication reflecting the current increased digitization and use of social media on the international scale and therefore keep the integrity of law enforcement communication to the public.
