Trafficking in Stolen Artwork

Italy’s Scuola di Perfezionamento per le Forze di Polizia hosted CEPOL course “Trafficking in stolen artworks” in Rome on 23 - 27 May 2011. The 2011 edition of this activity explored prevention strategies in order to enhance the security of museums and archaeological sites. The event was organised in conjunction with the Department for the Protection of Cultural Heritage (Carabinieri Corps), with support from France as well as Interpol and UNESCO.

European Police Cooperation in German

Jointly organised by the German Police University and the Austrian Security Academy of the Federal Ministry of the Interior (.SIAK), CEPOL course 71/2011 “Language Development: Instruments and Systems of European Police Cooperation (German)” took place in Münster and Vienna on 9 – 27 May 2011.

Police Cooperation and Europol course in Lithuania

10 June 2011

On 3-6 May 2011 the Police Department of the Republic of Lithuania in collaboration with the Lithuanian Police School hosted CEPOL course “Police Cooperation and Europol”. The activity attracted 19 participants from 13 Member States plus Turkey. Lessons, lectures and workshops were given by a total of ten experts from Lithuania, Belgium, France, Poland and Europol.
