CEPOL 67/2017 Single point of contact – one stop shop course in Budapest

The International Training Centre in Budapest hosted the CEPOL Course 67/2017 titled „ Single point of contact – one stop shop” between the 2nd and 5th October. Participants included 27 practitioners working in the field of SPOCs from a total of 20 countries all over from Europe.

Illicit laboratory dismantling – advanced (with Europol) - CEPOL 15/2017

During the period of 12 – 23 June 2017, an international training on handling the investigation casework in hazardous environment at illegal drug manufacturing site titled “Illicit laboratory dismantling – advanced” organized by Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police took place in Poland. The course 15/2017, in collaboration with Europol, took place in Jachranka, where the experts shared their knowledge with the course attendees in the form of lectures. The exercises were conducted at the International Training Centre on Combating Clandestine Laboratories (ITCCCL), Police Training Centre in Legionowo near Warsaw (Poland) where the trainees put their theoretical knowledge into practice.

Firearms- Cross-border investigations - CEPOL 29/2017

In the Police Academy in Zagreb, Croatia, CEPOL Course 29/2017 on Firearms – cross-border investigations was held from 3 to 5 July 2017. 33 police officers from the EU Member States, WB and MENA countries had the opportunity to be introduced to up-to-date information to strengthen the capacity for successful international investigations linked to firearms, by developing the skills supporting the prevention of illegal use of firearms and enhancing police cooperation in this field.
