From 16 to 20 May, Portugal hosted the CEPOL course 74/2016 "Train the trainers - step 1". During the course, participants gained knowledge about multicultural learning environments and the role of research in police training.
Among the topics covered at the course were the following:
- ICT-supported learning vs classroom learning;
- setting evaluations systems;
- workplace learning;
- the role of criminology in law enforcement training.
