The CEPOL Course Managers' Tool is now available on the CEPOL website in the redesigned Templates section.

Developed to assist those in the network who are organising CEPOL courses and seminars, the tool consists of three main parts: the Tool itself, a Timeline & Checklist and the different Forms and Templates.

The Timeline and Checklist is a step-by-step guide and highlights where in the Tool you need to be to complete each stage.

Simply download the Timeline and Checklist, open it and insert the activity start and end dates at the top. The deadline for each step will automatically be highlighted. Save and print a hard copy to keep on your desk.

Next, download the Tool to your computer. Each button of the Tool links directly to the relevant template, form, guideline, additional information or note to be read or used. Course Managers are required to use all compulsory templates (CT and CB) but can amend the optional forms (OF) if they wish.

There are also links throughout the Tool to further recommended reading and additional information.

The Tool is linked directly to CEPOL's website where all the documents are stored and any updates posted.

Any comments, questions, suggestions or to report a broken link, please email CEPOL Communications.
