For contracts with a value of between €60,000 and €139,000, CEPOL is obliged to invite at least five candidates to a negotiated procurement procedure.

For contracts with a value of between €15,000 and €60,000, CEPOL is obliged to invite at least three candidates to a negotiated procurement procedure.

For contracts with a value of less than €15,000, CEPOL may negotiate directly with a single supplier.

CEPOL will publish information regarding planned procurements with a value of less than €139,000 on its website, usually in the form on an indicative list of foreseen calls for tenders or ex-ante publicity notice (see below).
