The aim of this activity is to improve management of Child Sex Offenders (CSO) in Member States and to share best practices in management of CSO taking into the Directive 2011/93/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2011 on combating sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children, and child pornography, replacing the Council Framework- Decision 2004/68/JHA.

The learning strategy is focused on enhancing the capacity of European law enforcement officers to deal with management of child sex offenders.
