The aim of this activity is to strengthen the prevention, the detection and the enforcement work in daily operations in the area of juvenile crime and domestic violence by exchanging good practices in this context.

COVID-19 Webinar (No18): The impact of the COVID-19 lockdown on domestic violence

At the end of the webinar the participant will be able to:

  • Describe the differences between domestic violence incidence during a lockdown or in normal times;
  • Explain the impact of domestic violence on the victims and the difficulties or possibilities to obtain support during a lockdown;
  • Make proposals for police interventions in domestic violence incidents during a lockdown.
