The aim of the course is to enhance cooperation on cross-border cases (e.g. smuggling of drugs, firearms etc.) by using The Onion Router (TOR)-networks and Darknet and to improve the related digital investigative methods.

The aim of the course is to draw upon national experiences in the following fields:

  • Securing the area of the attack
  • Role of the forensic / judicial police
  • Communication between actors involved on the scene
  • Communication to the public
  • Exchange of information / international cooperation
  • EU good practices for law enforcement officials dealing with terrorist attacks

The aim of the course is:

  • To increase law enforcement capacity to dismantle organised crime groups specialised in synthetic drugs production and contraband.
  • To enhance law enforcement cooperation through learning and discussing the possibilities of fighting the production and trafficking of synthetic drugs with perspective on the new form of synthetic drugs, including new psychoactive substances.

This webinar aims to enhance police capacities to recognise and deal with hate crime towards ethnic groups.

At the end of the webinar participants will be able to:

1. Define hate crime;

2. Explain the connection between migration and hate crime;

3. Recognise hate crime directed towards ethnic groups.
