It will explore the application of the SIS II legal instruments, the use of the SIRENE Manual, the Best Practice Catalogue and the document “Data exchange between SIRENE”.

Participants in this course will be able to understand the concept of Intelligence-Led Policing (ILP). They will also be trained in the use of the ILP Toolbox and on the guidelines to successfully work with it at Common Security and Defence Policy missions.

34/2020: Cross border exchange of e-evidence

The aim of the course is to provide the knowledge and skills to allow prosecutors and law enforcement officials to fulfil their roles relating to cybercrime investigations, improving the use and exchange of electronic evidence in investigation and prosecution of cybercrime and relevancy and admissibility of such evidence.
