The aim of this activity is to enhance public security and order by deepening the knowledge of public order specialists and increasing their competencies on the level of security requirements for large-scale events and of cross-border cooperation in that context. To improve threat assessment and management of major public events in order to prevent and/or effectively contain attacks carried out by lone-actor terrorists or violent lone criminals.
