Webinar 50/2016 The outcome of the study on integrating entry bans and return decisions into SIS

As a follow-up to the adoption of the European Council Conclusions from June 2015, the European Commission envisages to propose changes to the Schengen Information System (SIS) with the purpose of enhancing its use for the return of irregular migrants. The aim of this webinar is to explain the reason behind the envisaged changes, practical implications and critical success factors.

54/2016 Joint Investigation Teams - implementation

This seminar aims to enhance competences and deepen understanding on setting up and functioning of Joint Investigation Teams (JITs). Participants will learn about the different roles within a JIT and how to draft a JIT agreement as well as how to complete and submit applications for funding, among other concepts related to this type of criminal investigation.
