The aim of the webinar is to inform about the existing service of Spanish Helpdesk to verify documents and to compare facial images in real time with providing an answer within 5 minutes to offer a reliable service for first line officers, with an additional special service to verify Ukrainian documents.

By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

  • assess the Spanish Helpdesk support for the own organisations;
  • describe the support provided by the Spanish Helpdesk and its legal aspects and background;
  • contact the Spanish Helpdesk to ask for support.
Target Audience: 

First line law enforcement officials, head of units and inspectorates as well as decision makers.
