The aim of the webinar is to enhance the practice of new technologies in the context of police work while respecting fundamental rights.

By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

  • Give a general overview of modern technologies that may be used for law enforcement including the cases listed in the draft Artificial Intelligence Act;
  • Explain what are the potential risks for fundamental rights;
  • List FRA’s recommendations: data protection requirements and Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment guidance.

Law enforcement officials who in the context of their work may use modern technologies.
