How to apply for training
CEPOL’s learning offer is only available to law enforcement officials. In addition to meeting this general requirement, applicants must be registered users in LEEd, CEPOL’s Law Enforcement Education platform. The admission process varies based on the type of training activity selected.
Self-enrolment process
Self-enrolment is the method whereby law enforcement officials with an active LEEd account choose to register themselves for a training activity available in the platform. The following type of activities are available for self-enrolment:
- Webinars
- Online modules
- e-Lessons
- Cyber-bites
- Virtual Training Centre on Intellectual Property rights (VTC IP)
Nomination process
Nomination is the process whereby a CEPOL National Unit or National Contact Point appoints one or several candidates to participate in the following type of activities:
- Onsite courses
- Online courses
- e-Workshops
If you have a particular interest in participating in a training activity requiring nomination, please contact your CEPOL National Unit or National Contact Point and submit your expression of interest*. The period for nomination usually opens at least one month before the start of the training activity.
*The submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee nomination. Participation is only possible following an official appointment by the CEPOL National Unit/National Contact Point.
Application process
Application is the process by which law enforcement officials lodge their interest in participating in CEPOL’s Exchange Programme, following a call for applications which is usually published during the first month of each calendar year.
