About LEEd

LEEd is CEPOL’s Law Enforcement Education platform, open only to members of the law enforcement community.

LEEd landing page

LEEd serves as a gateway to CEPOL’s training activities. Law enforcement officials who want to have access to our training offer, whether onsite or online, must be registered users in LEEd. If you are not a registered user in LEEd, follow the steps on how to create an account and get started.

In addition to CEPOL’s training offer, the platform grants users full access to research and science resources in the form of a repository of documents with browsing and filter capabilities by categories. LEEd also includes a forum for users to communicate amongst themselves, a connection with the EBSCO Discovery Service to consult e-books and e-journals, and a space for conference management.

Aimed at enhancing the learning experience of users, CEPOL’s online training system has been engineered to be simple to use, with built-in customisation capabilities, and a powerful search engine as part of its core infrastructure. Thanks to advanced data functionalities for streamlined reporting, the platform tracks how our learners are progressing.

LEEd app: CEPOL e-learning made ‘mobile’

Learning with CEPOL never stops. LEEd is available in a user-friendly mobile interface to make distance learning more flexible, accessible and easier for law enforcement officials pursuing training activities. Users can download learning resources in the form of webinars, courses, and modules for offline viewing, or they can send messages and track their learning progress ‘on the go’. LEEd app runs on iOS and Android and is available on AppStoreArrow icon and Google PlayArrow icon.

LEEd multi-tenancy: multiple platforms within a platform

Through the setup of a multi-tenancy learning structure in LEEd, CEPOL has made possible the creation of autonomous learning sites for the hosting and localisation of materials and resources from training institutions in EU Member States and other EU agencies, all of them independent from LEEd’s core system.

Thanks to this multi-tenancy structure, some CEPOL training activities can be made available to non-EU law enforcement officials from the EU’s Neighbourhood countries. Each of our international cooperation projects, CT INFLOW, EUROMED Police, TOPCOP and WB PaCT and EU4Sec Moldova have their own dedicated learning space for the delivery of their corresponding capacity-building online components, including online courses and webinars, which supplement traditional classroom activities.
