CEPOL Course 53/2019 ‘’Train the trainers, Step 2’’ took place in Thessaloniki, Greece from 16 to 19 September 2019. This training was the continuation of the 1st step held in Nicosia from 8 to 12 July 2019. The overall aim of the course was to connect CEPOL and its network with a core of competent experts, specially trained to provide their expertise in not only a generic multicultural training/working environment but also one tailor-made, especially for CEPOL training activities. The training was organised by the Center for Security Studies (KEMEA) and Cyprus Police Academy in cooperation with Hellenic Police Forces, Hellenic Police Academy, Cyprus Open University and CEPOL.
26 participants from 21 Member States, Armenia and eu-LISA Agency, took part in it. The experts highlighted the role of CEPOL’s LMS and of the trainers in preparing and implementing CEPOL activities. Participants had the chance to present their intermodular assignments, made ahead of the course, as well offer constructive criticism and valuable input on them.
Other main topics trained during the course included:
Comment by the Activity Manager:

Some participants’ comments on the course:
Very good organisation of the Course. Everything was done in time and properly. Perfect in all ways.
I found most useful about this course the mix of theoreticians and practitioners.
I want to continue after this course, maybe in a 3rd step.
Thank you for the so many training methods and tools, which I have learned from this Course.
