CEPOL launches call for tenders for the development of a "Diploma Course on Financial Investigations”

Course procurement

The European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL) has launched an open call for tenders for the provision of services for the design, development and implementation of a blended, multi-modular pilot “Diploma Course on Financial Investigations”.

The objective of this procurement procedure is to establish a single framework contract for the delivery of a high-quality training programme combining online and face-to-face components. The programme shall be delivered in English and shall be accredited in line with the European principles for the design and issuing of micro-credentials, as set out in the relevant Council RecommendationArrow icon.

The diploma course is intended to strengthen the knowledge and competencies of law enforcement officials working in the field of financial and economic crime. It will address key areas such as financial investigations, money laundering, asset recovery, financial analysis and the use of modern technologies. The training will follow a blended learning approach, combining extensive online learning with an intensive face-to-face component, and will include practical exercises, case studies and simulations.

The contract will cover the full lifecycle of the diploma course, including the design of the curriculum, development of learning materials, implementation of the training, issuing of micro-credentials, evaluation and reporting, and subsequent updating of the course content. The framework contract will have a maximum duration of 36 months, with an estimated total value of EUR 170,000 (excluding VAT).

The procedure is conducted as an open procedure.
