The aim of this onsite activity is to improve the operational cooperation between national competent authorities, such as border guards, the police, customs authorities, immigration authorities and, in particular, the SIRENE Bureaux in their efforts in maintaining a high level of security within the area of freedom, security and justice of the Union.

This activity is implemented by the CEPOL Knowledge Centre on law enforcement cooperation, information exchange and interoperability.
