The aim of this onsite activity is to:

• increase the efficiency of successful hostage negotiations and crisis communication by exchanging good practices in the field and sharing knowledge on advanced theoretical foundations;

• improve the management of critical incidents and upgrade the relevant inter-agency and international cooperation.
