The overall objective of the online training activity is to recognise European criminal patterns on counterfeiting, increasing knowledge on IP substantive law and sharing good practices on different IP rights infringements methodologies and investigative techniques.
The activity will focus on counterfeiting and piracy in general organized in five training modules focus on specific fields with expert´s presentations or webinars sessions, exercises, forums for participant´s discussion, specific study cases on particularly forms of counterfeiting and mentoring sessions at the end of each module.
Law enforcement (police, customs) officers, prosecutors and non-law enforcement state officials with inspective functions leading with investigation or detection tasks on the field of counterfeiting.

Please note that the participants will be selected according to the date of receiving the filled in forms, encouraging adequate geographical representation and also on the basis of a professional CV.
