The aim of the activity is to improve detailed knowledge on how investigation items can be recovered from file systems. The activity shall also help practitioners to explain forensic tools reports and conduct searches beyond usual reported traces in order to establish trace history, potential use of anti-forensic.

Target Audience: 

The target audience are computer forensics practitioners who need to improve file systems knowledge in order to supervise forensic analysis and provide explanation at court. This is advanced course for computer forensics practitioners who are already working in the forensic field. The participants will also need to bring their own forensic machine with the forensic tool that they are using.
