The aim of this webinar is to improve the performance of law enforcement officials by presenting the cyber-depending crimes: ransomware, mobile malware and DDoS attacks.

At the end of the webinar the participants will be able to:

  • Present the evolution of the cyber-depending crimes;
  • Describe ransomware, mobile malware and DDoS attacks;
  • Use tools for cyber-depending crimes investigation.

e-Workshop 4009/2022: E-commerce fraud – Global investigations and actions

The aim of this e-Workshop is to improve performance of law enforcement officials by sharing best practices, methods, and tools for investigating and taking coordinating actions with the private sector to fight different kind of e-commerce fraud modi operandi.

The e-Workshop is a new type of interactive online product that is designed for experienced law enforcement officers. The key to success is active participation of small group of participants. Each e-workshop will have maximum 10 participants and will consists of daily live session (3 days x 3 hours).

The activity aims to enhance cyber-investigations by providing knowledge and skills to allow prosecutors and law enforcement officials to fulfil their roles relating to cybercrime investigations, by improving the use and exchange of electronic evidence in investigation and prosecution of cybercrime and relevancy and admissibility of such evidence.
