Online Course 34/2021: Cross-border Exchange of e-Evidence

The aim of the training activity is to enhance cyber-investigations by providing knowledge and skills to use and exchange of electronic evidence in investigation and prosecution of cybercrime analysing the relevancy and admissibility of such evidence.

The training is carried out in cooperation with the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN).

The learning process highlights a learner-centred approach and will consist of:

Webinar 01/2021: Analysing the latest cyber-threats

The aim of this webinar is to improve performance of law enforcement officers by enhancing awareness of the evolution of the latest cyber-threats.

The participants will gain knowledge about:

  • The most important forms of malware;
  • The cyber-attacks vectors;
  • Crime-as-a-Service (CaaS);
  • The evolution of cyber-threats.

The aim of the training activity is to enhance cybercrime investigation by improving the collection, evaluation, collation, analysis and distribution of information for the purpose of tackling all forms of crime, in particular terrorism and organised crime and by improving intelligence collection, in qualitative and quantitative terms.
