At the end of the webinar the participant will be able to:

  • Describe drivers of social unrest in the context of the pandemic and especially those affecting vulnerable groups;
  • Explain the challenges in the context of the enforcement of COVID-19 regulations and public order with regard to respecting human rights during a lockdown;
  • Formulate policies during police interventions in the context of the enforcement of COVID-19 regulations while maintaining the respect for human rights.
Target Audience: 

Front line law enforcement officers, in particular active in the area of public order.
