The aim of the webinar is to develop advanced capabilities for effective prevention against possible extremist attacks, by identifying the level of threat posed by the rise of right wing extremism in Europe.

By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:

  • Summarise the state of play concerning the level of threat posed by right wing extremism in Europe;
  • Recognise the challenges posed by the pandemic situation and disinformation campaigns to bring right-wing ideology into the mainstream;
  • Recognise the effectiveness of a coordinated multidimensional approach and international cooperation and information exchange to prevent extremists attacks and the spread of hate content online;
  • Highlight lessons learned from recent right-wing extremism attacks.
Target Audience: 

Senior law enforcement officials; Criminal investigators and representatives from judicial authorities dealing with violent extremism prevention and investigations.
