The aim of this webinar is to raise awareness and discuss the challenges and next steps, after the Kyoto Declaration, concerning the development of effective hate crime prevention and criminal justice strategies.

By the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to:

  • Contribute more effectively to prevention, investigation and prosecution of hate crimes;
  • Establish and strengthen trust between communities and law enforcement to enable a high level and frequency of the reporting of hate crimes;
  • Contribute to increasing cooperation between law enforcement and civil society.
