The overall objective of this webinar is to introduce and present the area of core international crimes (genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes) and the particularities of investigating these crimes within the EU, especially in the context of the past and ongoing immigration influx and the armed conflicts in the EU’s neighbouring area.

Target Audience: 

Law enforcement (police officers, immigration officers) and prosecutors, particularly those dealing or likely to deal with investigation and/or prosecution of core international crimes or other complex cross-border cases linked to the current immigration situation.
