The webinar aims to inform about the launch of the pilot EU-STNA (Strategic Training Needs Assessment) and to raise awareness of its goals, objectives, workflow as well as the roles of the Member States and institutional stakeholders in the process.
The EU-STNA aims at identifying those EU level training priorities in the area of internal security and its external aspects to help build the capacity of law enforcement officials, while seeking to avoid duplication of efforts and achieve better coordination. The EU-STNA shall result also in a split of tasks among EU level training providers, and shall inform and facilitate planning.
The webinar is public and open to anybody interested in the strategic training needs assessment.
