Would you like to join our team in Budapest? We are looking for a Programme Officer (AD6) to work on matters of law enforcement research and science, as far as they are relevant for achieving the objectives of CEPOL, and develop the CEPOL knowledge database in support of CEPOL’s learning environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Organise the publication of the European Law Enforcement Research Bulletin
  • Be point of contact for requests related of research proposals and respective assessments
  • Be the liaison for the CEPOL Research and Science Correspondents network
  • Take care of the procurement and distribution of ejournals and ebooks
  • Organise the CEPOL Research & Science Conferences in on-site or online format
  • Drive the development/implementation of a higher education product

Eligibility Criteria

  • Be a national of a Member State of the Union;
  • Be entitled to his or her full rights as a citizen;
  • Have fulfilled any obligations imposed by the applicable laws on military service;
  • Meet the character requirements for the duties involved;
  • Be physically fit to perform the duties linked to the post; and
  • Have a thorough knowledge (min. level C1) of one of the languages of the Union and a satisfactory knowledge (min. level B2) of another language of the Union.
