The objectives of the webinar are:
- To become familiar with the main changes in the Modus Operandi of the Illicit trafficking of Firearms as result of the COVID-19 situation
- To understand about the challenges of Criminal Justice Response to Firearms Trafficking
- To be informed about the effects of COVID-19 towards the firearms related crime from a UK perspective with the focus on the reduction in firearms discharges; continued seizure of firearms; increased use of shotguns and homemade “Slam Guns”
