The aim of this webinar is to improve the understanding and use of available channels and methods for lawful access to and collection of electronic evidence in criminal investigations amongst law enforcement officials.
By the end of this webinar, the audience will be able to:
- Explain the different legal frameworks applicable to the electronic evidence field;
- Recognise the different types of public-private cooperation;
- Distinguish the types of cooperation (voluntary vs. mandatory);
- Identify challenges and apply best practices towards successful collection of electronic evidence.
