70/2019 European Explosive Ordnance Disposal Network
The aim of the course is:
- To facilitate information sharing and trust building and contribute to the identification of best practices and up to date knowledge on CBRN and Explosives domains.
- To create awareness within Counter Terrorism Senior Law Enforcement Officials in order to generate and improve possible operations to support the fully implementation of the Regulation EU 98/2013 on the marketing and use of explosives precursors.

Bomb Data Centres Senior Police Officers, Forensic Units Experts, Bomb Technicians, Post Blast Investigators and other experts related to the explosives field.
CBRN Experts, CBRN Intervention/First Response Units Experts, CBRN Investigation Units, Forensic Units and CBRN Data Centres – from law enforcement agencies as well as military units, which are considered national competent authorities according to national regulations and laws.
