E020/2023/EXB CEPOL Exchange-bite on Customs Cooperation

The aim of this training is to inform the audience about the experience and knowledge gained by participants of the CEPOL Exchange Programme in the fields of educational system for customs and police officers, fundamental human rights, as well as the similarities and differences of the four services of the participating officials (Germany, Poland, Greece and Spain).

With this Exchange-bite, the audience will be able to:

• Gain knowledge on the education system for customs and police officers in Germany, Poland, Greece and Spain;
   
• Identify similarities and differences in the education systems for customs and police officers in Germany, Poland, Greece and Spain;
   
• Learn about fundamental rights regarding:

​​​- Equality between women and men in the forces in Germany, Poland, Greece and Spain
- Refugee camps (mainly in Greece and Poland)
- Illegal employment in Germany
