E022/2023/EXB CEPOL Exchange-bite on Police Education and Training

The aim of this Exchange-bite is to give an overview of the gained experience in the CEPOL Exchange Programme 2023 by exchangees from France, Bulgaria and Türkiye, and to explain the different police training structures currently in place in the visited countries.

With this Exchange-bite, the audience will be able to:

• Identify cultural and structural differences between the police training structures of the visited countries;
• Compile pedagogical similarities despite the different training structures;
• Assess new practices and their application locally;
• Understand the necessity of close and timely inter-agency and international cooperation;
• Share new practices in the field of fundamental rights and their implementation in different countries.
