Webinar 3079/2022: Preventing and detecting trafficking in human beings affecting people fleeing from Ukraine

The aim of this webinar is to present the practical recommendations of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) on the prevention of human trafficking through addressing vulnerabilities of people seeking refuge as well as the measures the EU has undertaken to protect people from traffickers when fleeing from Ukraine.
By the end of this webinar, attendees will be able to:
- Outline immediate prevention measures and responses to pressing needs of persons seeking refuge;
- List relevant measures to prevent and mitigate vulnerabilities;
- Describe integration assistance and support to lessen refugees’ vulnerability to exploitation;
- Support preparedness of Combating Trafficking in Human Beings (CTHB) mechanisms to monitor the risks of human trafficking and scale up the responses as needed.
