Webinar 37/2021: SIS recast - Alerts on unknown wanted person (Article 40)
The aim of the webinar is to present the new category of alerts: unknown wanted person (Article 40).
Upon completion of the activity the participants will be able to:
- Describe the relevant provisions in the new SIS Regulations (conditions for entering/action to be taken/deletion);
- Explain the rules in the Implementing Acts and procedures on the exchange of supplementary information in the new SIRENE Manual;
- Explain the use of relevant SIRENE forms.
