The aim of this onsite activity is to:
- enhance the governance of law enforcement agencies by strengthening the competencies on visionary leadership, strategy formulation, motivation, and change management of current law enforcement decision-makers;
- to strengthen leadership skills in regard the management of EU level crisis situations.

Target audience
Law enforcement leaders of the EU Member States, Associated Countries and JHA Agencies. Executive leadership positions in law enforcement (e.g., head of crime department, station/county police chief, etc.) at the minimum rank of Superintendent/Lieutenant-Colonel.
